7 miles on trail through Central Park. Headlamps are required. This run is held every Wednesday.

Trail Details: Across lawns, rock outcroppings, the bridle path, the North Woods and the Ramble.

Trail Difficulty: Mostly on mild bridle paths great for beginners, but believe it or not, Central Park actually has a few singletrack, semi-technical hills.

Transit Directions: Take the A,B,C,D or 1 trains to 59th St Columbus Circle.

As always, we encourage all speeds to join, no matter how fast or slow. This is about the joy of trail running in Central Park.
