Based on interest and enthusiasm at our first meeting, our next even will focus on applications of AI in healthcare. Some of the issues we plan to discuss include:

  • Ethical considerations (bias, HIPAA complicance, etc.)
  • Technical issues (obtaining accurate and representative data, understanding nuance and context, etc.)
  • Challenges unique to applying AI within the healthcare system
  • Recent developments and future directions

As always, we are excited to hear from people with a range of backgrounds and a variety of experience (professional and personal).
