Based on interest and enthusiasm at our first meeting, our next even will focus on applications of AI in healthcare. Some of the issues we plan to discuss include:
- Ethical considerations (bias, HIPAA complicance, etc.)
- Technical issues (obtaining accurate and representative data, understanding nuance and context, etc.)
- Challenges unique to applying AI within the healthcare system
- Recent developments and future directions
As always, we are excited to hear from people with a range of backgrounds and a variety of experience (professional and personal).
