Games are typically 7v7 with three teams rotating in a winner-stays-on format, so matches stay short, intense, and fun.

Competitive but respectful—play hard, move the ball, and enjoy the game.
Bring turf/indoor shoes and light/dark shirts for easy team changes. Arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
