The Learning Series: Drupal 8 - Let's be friends Part 4

Our last meetup was really a deep review of Part 2. To me, it was important enough to span the whole meetup to feel confident that no one was left behind. From the feedback that people posted, I think we are good to go and ready to proceed! Sweeeet :)

So here's the plan for Part 4...

1: Quick visual of what we have already built. (taking inventory)

2: Identify what we are missing for the site foundation. (verify blueprint)

3: Users, bios and fields. (we should have some "Ah-Ha" moments on this).

4: Get a clue on the concept of MVP. (was the pizza hot when you delivered it?)

Part 4 will finish up on the concept of beginner site building on the Relativity Data Model and set the stage nicely for moving into intermediate concepts and strategies. If anyone feels that they are falling behind, or unclear on things, Hector has graciously (as always) volunteered to provide targeted help for those who request it in between meetups.

Things to look forward to over the next few meetups:

1: Views... Lots and lots of views (beginner through to advanced)

2: Intermediate / advanced strategies. (auto-upgrading yourself)

3: Theming as a site builder, headless Drupal, REST and JSON.
