- RCE's (Replacement Cost Estimator) done correctly
- Townhome as a Condo association
- Solar panels, can they be insured and are they covered?
- Limited water damage coverages
- Flood Insurance/seepage
- Rate reductions, what carriers will be included this year?
- Citizens Insurance and getting accepted
- Be aware that solar panels may not be covered by homeowners' insurance
- Older homes now have a few more options besides Citizens!
