Hike Brown County State Park

We will hike Walnut Trail & Schooner Trace ~ 6 miles. These trails are not steep, but they are quite rugged...so hiking pole(s) would be helpful. I'm doing this hike with another Meetup Group called Indy Hiker; so this will not be a "Women-Only" hike. I believe that there are 40+ people attending this hike. Let's get outside and have some fun!!

We will meet by the fire tower, near the park office (39.16665, -86.21668).

Turn into the park off of SR-46. Pass the gate house, go straight, follow signs to the park office, you'll see the metal fire tower on your left.

There is a $7/car gate fee.
