Hi everyone - we have now booked our Christmas Dinner at The Aviator Hotel at Sywell Airport which should be a lovely evening.

Please make your selections by 7th November LATEST and advise us accordingly together with any allergy/dietry details and your full NON-REFUNDABLE payment of either

• £31 (if you take 2 courses)
• or
• £37.50 (if you take 3 courses)
• Coffee/drinks etc. will be payable by individuals on the night.
• If you wish to stay overnight please advise as soon as possible and we will check "with or without breakfast room rates.)
• IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO "CHASE" PEOPLE FOR THE INFORMATION NEEDED SO ........ IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU BY END OF 7TH NOVEMBER WE WILL HAVE TO ASSUME THAT YOU NO LONGER WITH TO JOIN THE PARTY.
