Join Lindsay Parkinson for an exploration of self-compassion through the lens of art therapy - you will have a chance to spark your own creativity, reflect, write, and be in a supportive and uplifting group
of peers.
This is an inclusive group that focuses on the feminine, non-binary & female identified persons all invited. Art directives are designed for an experiential process to ignite our inner fire of desire & determination and at the same time soften that judgmental critic that often accompanies our thoughts.
