Brunchball has been running a successful pickup football group on whatsapp for almost a year! Everyone RSVPs on our whatsapp group. If you see this event page, that means we're expecting numbers and the game is gonna happen (regardless of the Meetup RSVP number).

When 10am warmups, 1030 kickoff, 1230pm-ish picnic! Our games max out at 7v7 and so, the first 18 arrivals are guaranteed spots (two subs max per team). Arrivals after that, we’ll ask to wait til our second game, or until we reach 24+ folks to run two games at once.
Who all adults are welcome, regardless of experience, ability, gender, etc. Check out Brunchball’s group description for more details.
Bring / picnic cleats/football gloves/a football if you have 'em (no worries if not), plus a dark and light shirt for teams. For our post-game picnic, bring a dish to share and/or just grab something to support the farmer's market just a few steps away at the park (rain plan is Lionshead Tavern). 🏉
