What will you get out of your 60 minutes? We will explore the metrics and artifacts. YES, we will take a deep dive into priority meetings, technical meetings, story points and everything in between. These details is what people were saying they wanted to hear more about from my original SQL Saturday presentation. Specifically, you will see how an idea was taken from leadership, evolved through product management, and ultimately built by the Development team. If this is not enough excitement (time permitting), we will jump into the software architecture and production release. I may even bring some seaweed!
