This beginner ballet workshop is designed for adults who are curious about ballet and want to move, learn, and enjoy themselves in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No dance background is required.
You’ll be guided through basic ballet movements, posture, and coordination at an accessible pace. No prior dance experience is needed — just curiosity and comfortable clothes.
It is best to wear comfortable clothing - similar to what you might wear to a yoga class.
