🌿 Being(s) in Connection: Exploring connectedness in the city through the body and the senses

🌀 Set against the backdrop of mental overload and planetary crises, this workshop is an invitation to slow down, reawaken the senses, and reconnect with the living web we belong to.

🌳 Taking place in the hybrid outdoors of Parc de Forest, we’ll explore how our bodies are always in relationship with what is present. Through simple somatic practices in conscious movement, touch, sensory attention, deep listening, and storytelling, we’ll attune to the subtle ways we relate to the world within and around us.

🤲 The workshop blends individual and collective exploration with shared reflection and integration.
✨ Together, we’ll explore how shared embodied presence can help us notice and reshape our patterns of relating — to people, place, and the more-than-human world — with greater awareness and care.
