Going back to Nature

Details

Going back to nature is a multidisciplinary laboratory, and its core is the body in contact and connection with nature. It is a journey in the dimension of the silence, the sensorial perception, of the slowness and stillness, in contact with nature and its elements. We will explore those elements through the movement, the creative writing, the drawing and the exchange of opinion. During this time of laboratory, we will return to contact with the sensorial perception of nature:
How do I feel my body in the contemplative dimension of nature?
How does silence act on my senses?
What changes if I reduce the fastness of my movement?
Can the slowness help me to deconstruct the hyperactive capitalistic society?
Through slow movement, for example, we will try to understand how our senses amplify and how a sensation of quietness can come back into our body.
At the end of every exercise we will “translate” the experience in drawing or words and exchange with the rest of the group, what we felt.

Open to all, outdoors.
