122km Antwerp - Kasterlee - Leuven. Stay in either a campsite or hotel.

• Day 1 train from Brussels to Antwerp, then cycle the Kempenroute to Kasterlee (60 km).
• Day 2 cycle from Kasterlee to Leuven (62 km), then take the train back to Brussels.

Arrange your own train tickets and accommodation in or near Kasterlee.
