AI Community : Building Together

We would like to propose a more informal event format, where people can simply come to work on their own projects and where we can mix in some interesting presentations or feedback sessions on a project.

Proposed format

• 4pm - arrival and introduction by the host
• 4-5pm - work on your own project / or discover other projects
• 5pm - 5:20pm - 2 x 10mins slots where a project is presented or knowledge shared (new paper / framework / etc…)
• 5:20pm - 6pm : continue discussion on the spotlight projects or work on your own project
