Brussels Film Club - Blue Velvet & Chungkin Express

Join us for the April meeting of the Brussels Film Club on Thursday, May 8th! As always, we'll dive deep into two films and also, we'd like you to prepare a short list of your favorite movies that flopped at the box-office/with the critics.

The two movies we'll be discussing are:

• Blue Velvet (1986) by David Lynch. You can rent this movie on Apple TV or Google Play Films. Content Warning: this film includes depictions of sexual violence and other potentially disturbing content.
• Chungkin Express (1994) by Wong-Kar Wai. You can rent this movie on Apple TV.

As tradition goes: the meetup will be held in English and will take place on the 1st floor of Café Merlo.
