What we’re about
This is a group for people who enjoy watching films and discussing them afterwards.
Our aim is that anyone from the group can organize events, however, due to changes brought by Meetup in October 2017, regular members don't have access to the scheduling feature on the site/app anymore.
If you want to see a movie, you are very welcome to send a message to the organizers (Aurélie and Dana) with the details (title, time and venue), we will create the event for you and set you has the host for the event. As event host, you will be able to edit and complete the event with the meeting point ("how to find us"), a little description (don't forget to mention the language it's in), and anything you think useful (link to the trailer, reviews etc) .
There are a lot of places to see movies in Brussels: big multiplexes and also smaller theaters like Cinema Aventure, Vendôme, Galeries, Actor's studio and Nova. Don't forget the Cinematek, the Cinema Museum, where older -and not so old- movies from the collection are screened every day. Flagey also has an interesting movie programmation in collaboration with Cinematek and often invites directors for masterclasses. Bozar regularely organizes Premieres, often in the presence of the director or members of the cast. We even have several film festivals, a short film festival, a animation film festival, outdoors screenings in the summer... feel free to explore!

We can see anything - the good, the bad, and the indie. So let's get together, watch a film and then have a chat about it over a drink!

Last thing: if you register for an event, they event organizer will expect you to come, and we all know how it can be annoying to wait for people who never turn up... So be considerate, and adapt your rsvp if your plans change.
