Intro evening: what is Focusing?

During the workshop you will:

Learn about the Focusing approach and the main principles of it.

Use clay to allow your inner artist to talk to you via the intuitive movement of your hands.

Connect with what is important to you now.

Find unexpected new ways to address and resolve possible blockages and share them (if you so wish) with other participants.

Create an object with clay which could become a symbolic ceramic reminder. – Please note: if you wish to have your piece baked in a kiln, there will be a small extra cost (7€).

It will be fun. It will be creative. It will be evoking.
