What's up Friends! 👋

If the weather behaves🤞we’re heading out to test the waters (literally) 🦦💦 and paddle our way through a fun day of kayaking! If rain sneaks back into the forecast, no worries - we’ll reschedule.

📍 Where:
This time we are off to the Lesse river in the Ardennes!

⏱Timing
Be at the ticket office 5–10 minutes early - we’ll be on the move (take the bus shuttle) at 10:15 sharp. Latecomers? Well, may the river gods help you find us downstream 😜

💡 The idea
We’ll kayak for about 2 hours, take a break to chill & picnic, then paddle on. The full route takes 3-4 hours depending on stops.
Optional (for those who don't wanna head home after) we may explore the park or grab a drink in one of the cute little Ardenne towns 🍻.

👉What to bring? Enough food 🥪 to keep your soul happy (snacks 🍪 to share with the group are of course welcome). Don't forget your comfy clothes and shoes, sunscreen, and most impotantly enough water 💦 to stay hydrated. Consider taking some clothes to change as things may get real splashy.
Optional: swimming suit (if you'd like to go for a swim)

• Double kayak: €35 (comfy) – €38 (super-comfy)
• Single kayak: €43

Getting there:
🚘 By car:
Large free car parkngs 🅿️ are at your disposal.
Address (12 km): Rue du Vélodrome 15 - 5500 Anseremme
🚂 By Train: Stations at Houyet, Gendron & Anseremme are just 150m away from the ticket office
🚌 Free shuttle takes you to/from the boarding point
The main group will be doing the 12km route from Gendron at 10:30.
