I invite you to November's workshop. Take time to connect with yourself , your body and enjoy presence!
We will do a movement meditation, The movement of the heart.We will connect to the energy centers (chakras) to clean and energise our own electromagnetic field. Come to activate your energy, feel your chakras and enjoy the flow of energy, open to new experiences!
A drum meditation will follow, you will be guided into an inner journey to connect to your body, your heart and the Earth. You will bring like this more contentment and ease into your life.
