Tea and Meditation Evening

π Read a thought-provoking passage from a spiritual author and share our reflections and insights in the circle.
π§π»ββοΈπ§π»ββοΈ Engage in a silent meditation for 20 minutes to integrate our insights and experience (you'll be guided into the silent meditation).

πͺ» Weβll provide comfortable mattresses, and the room is warm and cozy. Feel free to bring a light blanket for the meditation if you like. Youβre also welcome to bring a small snack to share.

π 16β21 AprilDaniel and I are facilitating a small, transformative retreat at the foot of Mt. Olympos, in Litochoro.
For six days weβll work on strengthening the solar centre β your core of vitality, clarity and confidence β through grounded, embodied practices:
β’ Daily yoga, breathwork & meditation
β’ Qi Gong for empowerment
β’ Shiatsu (Earth element β stomach & spleen meridians)
β’ Shamanic ceremony of Power Retrieval
β’ Rituals and guided practices on Mt. Olympos
β’ Cold water plunges in natural mountain pools
β’ Time by the sea for meditation
β’ Visit to Paleos Panteleimonas village
β’ Visit to the archaeological site & museum of Dion

Regular price: 1,280β¬Accommodation (shared rooms) is included in the total price and paid directly to the guesthouse. Light sandwich lunches are included; dinners in the village are not.
