Brussels Inspiring Events

On May 17th, we will gather for a shamanic drumming ceremony with the intention of reconnecting with our inner strength during difficult times and embracing change with confidence. The drumming, combined with movement, breath and voice, will guide us into a profound meditative state, allowing us to rediscover our inner personal power and self-esteem.

🪶 The event is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender or previous experience in shamanic drumming and/or meditation.

🪶 You do not need to wear special clothes, only clothes you will feel comfortable in.

🪶We will provide you with a mat and cushion to sit on, and if you wish, you can bring a light blanket, to keep yourself warm and comfortable during deeper states of meditation.

🍵Take a moment to unwind and connect with herbal tea and biscuits.

📑 Read a thought-provoking passage from a spiritual author and share our reflections and insights in the circle.

🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️ Engage in a silent meditation for 20 minutes to integrate our insights and experience (you'll be guided into the silent meditation).

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨:

🪻 We’ll provide comfortable mattresses, and the room is warm and cozy. Feel free to bring a light blanket for the meditation if you like. You’re also welcome to bring a small snack to share.
