In our fast moving (or zapping) world, we all suffer from living at a pace beyond what is natural and from the consequent problems. We are all looking for answers, solutions. The regular practice of Mindfulness and meditation could be the answer to reduce our anxiety, to change our attitude and perception facing stressful situations.
