RIK WOUTERS AND THE SONIAN FOREST

Rik Wouters, one of Belgium’s most celebrated modern artists, spent his most productive years living on the edge of the Sonian Forest. That he loved to spend time there we know not only through his correspondence but also through a number of magnificent paintings, vibrant and full of his unique colours. So join us for this forest art walk where we will retrace Rik’s footsteps (and you’ll get to see examples of his works too 😊! )

The weather is becoming less stable in this season, so please dress accordingly. I will also check the forecast on the eve of the walk, and if it looks bad, i will cancel the event and notify the members who have rsvp’s yes of this. So please keep your eyes peeled, thanks.
