Join Us for Outdoor Summer Activities in Brussels!
Looking to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the summer outdoors? This group is all about movement, fun, and wellness in the beautiful parks of Brussels!

Led by a passionate movement enthusiast certified in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, and Shiatsu, we’ll explore a variety of energizing and relaxing activities including:

Nordic Walking & BungyPump

Pilates

Yoga

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

Sessions take place mostly on weekends at Bois de la Cambre or Parc du Cinquantenaire, perfect green spaces to move, breathe, and connect.
