Qi Gong is a gentle mind-body practice combining slow movements, breathing, and focused attention. It helps release tension, calm the mind, and restore energy — even during a busy schedule.

  • 3 sessions · 30 minutes each
  • Online (Zoom) & in French :)
  • Wednesdays, 12:30–1:00 pm : Feb 11, 18 & 25
