Mid-week run After Work Run
Details
Our usual chilled out post-work run, but this time in the leafy suburbs of Uccle!
Marco Aicardi will guide us through his local haunts, including a trip through the ancient and hilly park of Wolvendael.
LOCATION: Meet at the entrance to Park Wolvendael, on Avenue De Fre, beside the Holden bus stop.
DISTANCE: Circa 7km, with a few minor hills.
PACE: Around 5:45 a kilometre / 10.5 kmph.
