Ready to boost your running strength and speed? Join us for an invigorating Hill Repeats training session!

We'll be meeting at Tokyo Gym for a quick check-in and then heading out for a warm-up run towards the beautiful Duden Park.
The main event will be a hill repeats session on Rue de Mystère.

### The Workout:

  • 8 x 30-second repeats (or more if you feel like it)
  • 1 minute recovery time between each repeat

Hill repeats are fantastic for building power, improving running economy, and boosting your cardiovascular fitness. Come ready to work hard and have fun
