About us
This is a group for anyone interested in participating in drumming meditations and shamanic ceremonies (in person, in the forest or online). We organize workshops and meetings with the intention of journeying into the four worlds of the Siberian Shamanic tradition and connecting with the true inner wisdom of the soul and the world of the spirits. You can join us in one of our next drum meditations or other ceremonies! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Retreat on Mt. Olympos in Greece: Journeying Into Inner Power

📅 16–21 AprilDaniel and I are facilitating a small, transformative retreat at the foot of Mt. Olympos, in Litochoro.
For six days we’ll work on strengthening the solar centre — your core of vitality, clarity and confidence — through grounded, embodied practices:
• Daily yoga, breathwork & meditation
• Qi Gong for empowerment
• Shiatsu (Earth element – stomach & spleen meridians)
• Shamanic ceremony of Power Retrieval
• Rituals and guided practices on Mt. Olympos
• Cold water plunges in natural mountain pools
• Time by the sea for meditation
• Visit to Paleos Panteleimonas village
• Visit to the archaeological site & museum of Dion

Tea and Meditation Afternoon

🍵Take a moment to unwind and connect with herbal tea and snacks.
📑 Read a thought-provoking passage from a spiritual author and share our reflections and insights in the circle.
🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♂️ Engage in a silent meditation for 20 minutes to integrate our insights and experience (you'll be guided into the silent meditation).

🪻 We’ll provide comfortable mattresses, and the room is warm and cozy. Feel free to bring a light blanket for the meditation if you like. You’re also welcome to bring a small snack to share.
