Introductory Course to Stoicism: Think like a Stoic for a week

A philosophical event happening both online and in-person...

From March 29th to 30th, 2025, Brussels Stoics will offer an Online Introductory Course to Stoic Philosophy (8 teaching hours) designed to establish the theoretical and practical foundations of Stoicism.

At the beginning of the week you will receive a handbook with practical lessons to work on individually during the week (a lesson per day). At the end of the week, the group will meet for in-person debate, reflection, and practical guidance on the materials studied. These meetings will take place on March 29th and 30th, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Brussels time) at Carpe Diem Cafe or Zoom if you can't attend in person)

This course aims not only to introduce you to the fundamentals of this ancient philosophy of life but also to help you integrate reflective and meditative habits that foster a more fulfilling, balanced, and resilient life.
