The Community Oven
This is an opportunity to reconnect with an ancient tradition: participants prepare their bread at home and come to bake it in the community oven. A heated proofing cabinet is available to hold the dough before baking.
The bakery becomes a lively and dynamic place for exchanges between participants!
Baking sessions take place one Sunday per month throughout the year at 3 PM.
Reservation Required
Reservations are mandatory by email but not necessary and limited to 10 participants on meetup : reservation_fournil@cebe.be
It is imperative to notify us of your attendance. If the session is canceled, you will be notified. If there are too many people, you may also be asked to reduce the quantity of bread to be baked.
Participation Fee
You will be asked for 1 EUR per bread to contribute to the costs (wood, insurance, fire extinguisher, oven maintenance, equipment…), payable directly on-site to the baker or instructor.

Le four banal
C’est l’occasion de renouer avec une tradition ancestrale : les participants préparent leurs pains chez eux et viennent les cuire au fournil. Une armoire de levée, chauffée, est disponible pour recevoir les pâtons avant l’enfournement.
Le fournil devient un lieu d’échanges vivants et dynamiques entre les participants !
Les cuissons ont lieu un dimanche par mois toute l’année à 15 h.
Réservation obligatoire
La réservation est obligatoire par mail mais pas obligatoire et limité à 10 participants sur Meetup : reservation_fournil@cebe.be
Il est impératif de nous prévenir de votre venue. Si la fournée est annulée, vous serez ainsi prévenu. S’il y a trop de monde, il vous sera peut-être aussi demandé de diminuer la quantité de pain à cuire.
PAF
Il vous sera demandé 1 EUR par pain pour participer aux frais (bois, assurance, extincteur, entretien du four, matériel…), à payer sur place directement au fournier ou au formateur.
