Hi! I’m Mariagiovanna and I truly believe in women supporting women.
During challenging times in my life, if I couldn’t count on the support of a female network - whether it was a best friend, a workout buddy, a sister, or a mother - I wouldn’t have been able to overcome the tough stuff. 💪
Class of '88, a warm Sicilian living in the cold Brussels ❄️☀️, that’s why I created this group: a safe and welcoming space where women can connect, share stories if they wish, listen, and support each other, gaining new perspectives for personal or professional situations that may temporarily block our path to happiness.
Because together is better! Together is STRONG. 🎉
How it works:
When & Where: Every Wednesday from around 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at La Fleur en Papier Doré, Rue des Alexiens 55, 1000 Bruxelles ☕🍺
Language: Discussions are held in English 🗣️
At the start of each meeting, the moderator will ask if any volunteer wants to share a topic. If no one volunteers, topics can be written on small anonymous post-it notes 📝, and the group will select one to explore together.
The final part of the meet-up will be dedicated to a common sharing of insights and helpful perspectives, and to give anyone the chance to propose a new topic for the next session 💡
All discussions happen in a supportive, friendly, and welcoming environment, where everyone is encouraged to listen, share, and cheer each other on 🎶
This group welcomes women of all ages, nationalities, and cultures! 🌸
As a rule, participants must be 18 or older, but there’s no upper age limit - anyone up to 100+ is more than welcome! 🎈 We celebrate inclusivity, connection, and the joy of sharing across generations and backgrounds 🌏
The goal of the group is to create connections, never feel alone, and support each other in the magical gift of being women supporting ourselves ✨
Being a woman is already, by nature, a gentle and protected space 🌷 let’s celebrate, nurture, and have fun together!
