Through a series of fun collaborative activities we will explore ways of bringing awareness to our monkey brain and the cheeky stories it is creating in our head. Whether you want to dive a bit deeper or just have some fun - all is welcome.

Our guest facilitator is Amelie D’Souza, a Mindset Coach based in Brussels. She is fascinated about the mind and how it fundamentally impacts our wellbeing.
