Food Not Bombs BCS Founding Meeting

We are looking for volunteers to come together to help feed our community in this time of need! Food Not Bombs recovers food that would otherwise be discarded from grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants and uses it to cook hot meals for the community. This is both an act of solidarity with community members and an act of protest against the corrupt systems that allow war and poverty.

Please join us for our founding meeting. Anyone is welcome!

The meeting agenda will cover: 1. designating volunteers to contact grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants; 2. designating volunteers to contact possible kitchen spaces; 3. determining possible distribution sites; 4. volunteer recruitment; 5. supplies needed; and any other concerns.
