With over 20 years of coaching experience in the wellness industry, Laurena is well-positioned to guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to others. Her compassionate and empathetic style fosters a collaborative environment where you feel safe enough to explore what is standing in the way of your hopes, dreams, and your version of happily ever after.
Laurena has multiple degrees from various subjects and schools, reflecting her insatiable curiosity. Her early interest in wellness trends led her to complete a degree in acupuncture and holistic health coaching. Later, she pursued an honors degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology to better understand the deeper roots of human behavior and help people overcome self-imposed suffering.
