If you change your attendance to not going, and want the £10 back, I will refund it, but if you sign up to attend and dont show up, it is not refundable - all the £10s sent will go directly to the foodbank

The remaining £20 should be brought in cash on the day for the prize pot...

If you sign up to this, Please, Please change your attendance on here if you are unable to make it as it makes for less people on the day, and less money going to the charity when someone may be able to take your place

Again, There will be a side game of chase the ace and other fund raising going on on the day

The game will take place on Sunday 1st October 2023 at 1pm at Sportsman Bar

The entry fee is £30 each with £20 going towards prize money , and £10 proceeds to the charity. Any rebuys will only be £20

We should be finished by 8 pm

**You are also welcome to donate items on the day that will go straight to the foodbank.. some ideas that foodbanks particularly need at the moment - cereal, soup, pasta, rice, tinned tomatoes, lentils, beans, pulses, tinned meat, tinned vegetables, tea/coffee, tinned fruit, biscuits, UHT milk, and fruit juice

If you arrive before 1 pm you will receive 10,000 chips. Late comers will receive 9,000.
The game is No Limit Texas Hold'em
20 players minimum/44 players maximum.
Players Choice Rebuy Option: There is a choice between a full stack rebuy for £20 OR a half stack rebuy for £10, but this will only be available if you go bust within the first four levels of play. (you will only need to rebuy for £20 per rebuy-not £30)

The draw for seats will be held at 12.55pm, announcements will be made, then "shuffle up & deal" at 1.00pm sharp. If you're running late for whatever reason (traffic, whatever), make sure you call or text (07763575034) or Mark (07527 907065). We will allocate you a seat, and blinds will be posted off until your arrival.

IMPORTANT BIT! If you have not registered and paid at the venue by 12.55pm pm, or confirmed your registration by text or phone by 12.55 pm any alternates/reserves waiting for a seat will be dealt in the place of no shows.
