This walk is open to tourists, expats, and locals who are active, enjoy exploring the city on foot, meeting new people, and discovering green spaces and seasonal blooms ๐ธ๐ฟ
Note: The walk is conducted in English to ensure inclusive participation, as the group includes international members.

๐ Schedule
We will leave at 10:30 AM, but I strongly recommend arriving earlier.
I will be there starting at 10:10 AM to greet participants, make introductions, and start on time.
The walk will last approximately 3h -3.5h hours - slow paced with breaks.๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ
๐ถ The Walk
The total distance is about 7 km.Weโll start in front of the Ion Heliade Rฤdulescu Middle School
We'll pass trough:
- Kiseleff Park
- Marasti Boulevard
- The Dendrological Park of the Agronomics Institute with its botanical gardens ( free entry)
- Regele Mihai I / Herastrau Park
We will take:
โข A longer break in the botanical gardens and in Herastrau Park, where we can rest, have a snack, and hydrate before continuing.We end the walk at Aviatorilor Metro Station.
We can also have lunch somewhere near (optional)๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ

- A snack or sandwich for the park break ๐ฅช

- An umbrella / raincoat in case of light rain โ
- A little blanket or cover for resting on the grass if all benches are full
Important note: there will not be any shops in our path so please come prepared.
The event will take place even if the weather is cloudy or there is light rain. It will only be cancelled in case of heavy rain or very strong wind.
