🌍 Who This Walk Is For
This walk is for active people, tourists, expats, and locals who enjoy a good long walk, open spaces, lakeside paths, and the feeling of going somewhere together.

Note: The walk is conducted in English to ensure inclusive participation, as the group includes international members.

🗓 Schedule
We will leave at 11:00 AM, but I strongly recommend arriving a bit earlier.
I'll be there from 10:45 AM to greet participants, distribute the questions, and start on time.
The event will last approximately 2:30 - 3h hours with a relaxed pace, breaks, and plenty of time to observe, explore, and ask questions.

🏝️ The Travel Icebreaker (Optional)

At the beginning of the walk, everyone will receive a unique travel-related question : something funny, surprising, nostalgic or simply guaranteed to start a conversation.
For example:
What's a place you've visited that surprised you?
or
What's your ideal travel companion and why?

Your mission is simple:
👉 Ask at least 3 different people in the group your question.
👉 In return, let them ask their question back to you.
There are no right or wrong answers, no points and no competition.
The idea is simply to use travel as an excuse to start conversations with people you might not otherwise get the chance to talk to.

And since summer is slowly coming to an end, why not celebrate the last days of the travel season and enjoy a few more sunny days together before the colder season arrives? ☀️🌊🏝️

🚶 The Walk

The walk is about 6 km long.
📍 We’ll meet at the main entrance of Crângași Park and set off towards Morii Island, with a few breaks along the way.
🏝️ We’ll spend some time exploring the island before making our way back to where we started.

Optional: After the walk, we can also check out the Crângași Farmers’ Market, just 5 minutes from the metro station, have a look around and maybe find something delicious to take home. 🍇🍅

The event will take place even if the weather is cloudy or there is light rain. It will only be cancelled in case of heavy rain or very strong wind.
