🌍 Who This Walk Is For

This walk is open to active tourists, expats, and locals who love discovering cities on foot, exploring architecture and art, and meeting new people.

Note: The walk is conducted in English to ensure inclusive participation, as the group includes international members.

🗓 Schedule

We will leave at 11:00 , but I strongly recommend arriving a bit earlier.
I will be there starting at 10:45 to greet participants and start on time.
The walk will last approximately 2.5 - 3 hours - slow paced with breaks.

🚶 The Walk
The total distance is approximately 5 km.

We’ll start in front of the Palace of Justice (Court of Appeal).
Along the route, we’ll pass by 11 more palaces, taking us through some of Bucharest’s most iconic areas:

• Calea Victoriei
• Old Town
• Cișmigiu Park area

We’ll stop in front of each palace, and I’ll share some interesting facts about the buildings in our WhatsApp group. You’re also welcome to search online and discover more about the places we visit.

We may also have the opportunity to visit art exhibitions inside two of the palaces, with FREE entry.
The exhibitions are open to the public and the artworks are available for sale. However, opening hours may occasionally change due to private events, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, so these visits cannot be guaranteed.

We’ll also take 2–3 breaks along the way where we can sit, rest, have a snack, and hydrate before continuing.

🏁 We’ll finish the walk inside Cișmigiu Park, where you can either head home or stay longer for a drink and a snack at an outdoor cafe, weather permitting.

The event will take place even if the weather is cloudy or there is light rain. It will only be cancelled in case of heavy rain or very strong wind.
