Sometimes the best thing you can do for your body… is simply slow down.

This Saturday, May 2, I’m inviting you to a gentle day in nature at Mogoșoaia Park — away from noise, rush, and constant thinking.

✨ What we’ll do:
• slow walk around the lake & palace
• relax on the grass with a cozy picnic
• light conversations
• simple “reset” moments to calm your nervous system
• optional mini insights about energy & food (very easy, practical)

🥗 I’ll bring some healthy snacks + a few things to try (if you’re curious)

⏰ Time: 10:00 – ~17:00 📍 We meet in Bucharest and go together
