Skyline Drive and Tail of the Dragon Ride

Are Skyline Drive and Tail of the Dragon on your bucket list? Then join us on this beautiful early fall ride to check them both off.

We will meet at Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville, VA on Saturday, Sept 28th. The resort is just a few minutes ride from one of the entrances to Skyline Drive. We will have out and back trips on Saturday and Sunday.

Massanutten has lots to do at the resort and we are not far from local restaurants and activities in town also.

On Monday we will head to Fontana Village Resort in NC. This about 11 miles away from The Tail of the Dragon and is a full service resort with a bar and restaurant and lots of activities as well.

We will have several days of out-and-back riding and will take in the Tail of the Dragon (both directions) as well as the beautiful sweeping turns on the Cherohala Skyway.

At this resort we will be staying in two-person cabins with outdoor firepits and plenty of opportunities to talk about the day's riding adventures.

This cost of this trip includes 5 nights double-occupancy lodging at Massanutten (overnights on Sat - Sun) and the Fontana Village Resorts (overnights on Mon - Wed). Single rooms will be double the rate listed.
