The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride - Philadelphia

Hi Bucket Listers,
Once again, we will be participating in this really fun ride.... if you have not joined us in the past, please consider getting gussied up for a good cause - Men's Health!

This Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride is an international event with rides on the same day all over the world. Riders raise money or make a small donation to help men's health charities.

The "official" portion of the ride is about 30 minutes long and begins at and ends at "secret locations" in/around Philadelphia. Register at DGR to get those details please.

We will meetup at 7:45am in Washington Crossing Park and depart as a group at 8:00am sharp to travel to the official starting location. Please arrive early to be sure we are all there and ready to go.

There is a mandatory briefing at the start point before the ride.

This is a fun ride so come join us. Riders typically dress up a bit to look the "Distinguished Gentleman" part. You'll see a lot of Triumphs and Nortons but I have seen many other types of bikes in years past as well. Ladies ride too :-)

Plus, this year, there will be several post-DGR celebration options:

Jimmy Lam will host us at what was formerly Square One Pub recently rebranded as The Ace Cafe in New Hope (named after the famous "cafe racers" restaurant in London. We will ride there after the finish of the DGR.
