Other friends, family, and significant others welcome to join! This SUP Yoga all levels class is 90 minutes long with a beginner lesson provided on land for all newer paddlers. We take a 10 to 15 minute paddle as a warm up to our anchor location on the lake. From there we spend the next 45 to 50 minutes practicing our poses on the paddle board. After savasana we have a gentle cool down paddle back to our launch location as the sun is setting. This class meets at the Haycock Boat Launch of Lake Nockamixon. The Haycock Boat Launch is the first launch if you're coming from 611/412. The Haycock Boat Launch is the last launch if you are coming from 313/309. We provide all the necessary gear for students as needed. If you are bringing your own board and using an inflatable, please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time to inflate your board fully for class. Hey girls! Come join us for this volunteer opportunity on Juneteenth since many of us are off from work this day. Sign up is required in the link below. Other friends, family, and significant others are welcome to join. The Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK) is a non-profit organization with a mission to feed those who are hungry in the Trenton area and offer programs to encourage self-sufficiency and improve the quality of life of its patrons. Task serves lunch every Monday - Saturday from 10:30 - 12:50. Meal service volunteers work as a team to distribute a delicious and nutritious meal to our patrons in TASK's dining room. You are expected to do a light-duty assignment for two hours, twenty minutes.
