Ditch the stuffy gym and get back to basics. There is something primal and refreshing about training outdoors. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been at it for years, this is about feeling good in your own skin and getting stronger every day.

What to Expect:
• The Basics: We use a simple Push/Pull/Legs strategy to build real, functional strength.

• New Skills: Whether it’s your first pull-up, a handstand, or a muscle-up, we’ll help you get there.

• Joint Health: We focus on mobility and "prehab" so you stay injury-free for the long run.

• The Elements: We train outside, rain or shine.

The Details:
• When: May 2nd at 9 Am- 12 Pm
• Who: All levels are welcome (18+, or under 18 with a parent).

• The Vibe: High energy and zero ego. We’re here to help each other grow.

What to bring ?
Water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Feel free to bring your own gymnastic rings, resistant bands, or light weights if you have them.
