Go ahead, enjoy that extra serving of candied yams and marshmallows. Stuff yourself with stuffing. Add some ice cream to your apple pie. It's guilt-free when you plan to join us to walk-it-off on this Black Friday hike!
Join us on a 7.3 mile moderately paced social walk along the Towpath of the Delaware Canal State Park from Bulls Island to Stockton and Lumberville.
Hopefully, along the way, we'll encounter bald eagles, woodpeckers, herons and wood ducks that inhabit the area.
The hike will be about 7.3 miles of walking on the packed dirt canal tow path and across 2 picturesque bridges.
We will begin introductions at 9:30am near the Visitor Center at the Bulls Island Parking Area of the D&R Canal State Park in NJ. Rest Rooms usually available at Parking Area and around the halfway point.
Members of all skill levels, whether using an iPhone or DSLR, will have many opportunities for photos while we are walking on this hike.
