NYC Tourist Adventure

NOTE: Everybody will initially be placed on the waiting list. I'll move the pre-reserved folks in first and then fill the remaining slots.

Late January is an ideal time for visiting some of the city's iconic sites (fewer tourists, better chance to get that perfect photo without throngs of people in the way).

We'll meet at the Hamilton, NJ Train Station at 8am to catch the 8:24 train arriving 9:48 at Penn Station, NY. Our path will take us past the Bryant Park Ice Skating Rink, inside Grand Central Station, Union Square, Washington Square, the Little Island, the High Line and The Vessel.

Along the way, we'll make an early stop at a Scandinavian Bakery for Coffee and we'll probably get a quick bite at Shake Shack for a late lunch.

We'll target the 2:14 train for the return trip. We may catch an earlier or later train depending on how much we dawdle at each location.

As always, dress for the weather and bring water and snacks.

Steady rain/snow cancels trip. Check meetup by 6am on the day of the event.
