Philly Cherry Blossom Walk

This will be a 6ish mile round trip moderately paced, mostly flat walk along the Schuylkill River Trail (SRT) and city streets. We'll start at 30th Street Station and make our way onto the SRT and head toward the Rowing Grandstands before turning around and heading back. Along the way we'll pass Boathouse Row, walk through the SRT Cherry Blossom Groves and pass several areas of public art. Even if the Cherry Blossoms are not at peak, this is still a great walk with many photo ops.

We will begin introductions near the Angel Statue in the waiting area of 30th Street Station at 9:15am. Rest Rooms available at station and along route. (I'll be taking the Trenton Line train departing Levittown at 8:05 and arriving at 30th Street Station at 8:42.)

Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring water and snacks.
