NYC Central Park Adventure

On this 5-6 mile walk in the park, we'll visit some of the more iconic photo spots, including, Strawberry Fields, Bethesda Fountain, Belvedere Castle, The Boathouse, Bow Bridge, and many of the statues, gardens, ponds, arches and bridges that make this park an ideal destination for a Spring Adventure.
Along the way, we'll make an early stop at a Scandinavian Bakery for Coffee/brunch, before hopping on the subway to get to the park. (Subway fare is $3 via credit card tap).
We'll meet at the Hamilton, NJ Train Station at 8am to catch the 8:24 train arriving 9:48 at Penn Station, NY. Park in the parking garage at the station. We'll meet on the NY bound platform near the tracks outside the waiting room. Tickets can be purchased at the machines on the platform. Senior Discount available. Check NJTransit website for parking fees and ticket prices.
We'll target the 2:13 train for the return trip. We may catch an earlier or later train depending on how much we dawdle at each location.
As always, dress for the weather and bring water and snacks.
