Ricketts Glen State Park

We'll meet at the Lake Rose Trailhead Parking area to hike the 3.1 mile waterfall loop trail exploring and photographing 18 of the 21 waterfalls in the park. The trail is composed of 3 sections, the relatively flat and wooded Highland Trail, the Falls Trail heading down passing 8 waterfalls, and the Falls Trail heading up (difficult) passing 10 waterfalls.

Sturdy Hiking shoes and hiking poles recommended. Dress for the weather in layers. Bring plenty of water and snacks plus a picnic lunch to be enjoyed at a break at one of the waterfalls.
