Farewell to Summer at Sherman Street Beer Company in Allentown

We'll cap off another fun summer with drinks and lunch on the back patio at Sherman Street Beer Company on the east side of Allentown.

Owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Beau Baden and Casey DeCeia, Sherman Street Beer Company opened in 2021 in the former Mink's Candy Company facility in East Allentown. Beau was the former head brewer at Fegley's and has been in the industry for over 30 years.

Sherman Street pours a variety of lagers, pilseners, wheat beers and IPAs, plus amber ale, Belgian-style golden ale, Scotch ale, coffee imperial stout, hard ciders and teas. Wine from Tolino Vineyards in Bangor, sangria, slushies, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.

Sherman Street operates their own kitchen, serving pub grub like quesadillas, hot dogs, soft pretzel bites, hot sandwiches and their famous Big Ass Cookies.

We'll get things started at 12:30 and will plan to grab some picnic tables on the back patio, weather-permitting. If the weather's lousy, we'll meet indoors.
